Newest Community In Horizon West
My partner Richard and I, were out previewing properties the other day for our client. I love visiting all of the new communities being built and I love Horizon West so this was a fun day. Much to my surprise many of the communities are beginning to sell out. Having said this if you are interested in building a new home in Horizon West don't wait but please contact us today so we can help you get the best product out there.
We did come across what is the last community being built in Horizon West on 545 and Avalon road. The community is called, Storey Grove by Lennar Homes. There are a few things that set this community apart from the rest that I thought were pretty cool.
Their philosophy is built on five pillars: Community, Nature, Health, Story and Home
Due to their philosophy their community amenities will include:
Little Free Libraries : mini library that is always free to share and enjoy.
Wildflower Parks: Stop and smell the flowers.
Village Green: is a draw for neighbors and activities.
Bark Park: A social setting for dogs and residents.
Firefly Tree: The magic of fireflies on a summer evening brings us back to our childhood days.
The Grove: The Grove will inspire family photo poses, picnic dates and juice stands right outside your door.
Citrus Trail: An exhilarating and enjoyable place to be.
Hedge Maze: Start by losing your way.
If you would like to know more about the floor plans and the amenities being offered in this community please dont hesitate to contact me at : [email protected] or direct 407-694-5170
Ok, well there is one more thing I really had fun with so here it is, all of their homes- townhomes come equipped with Alexa! :-)
